Victoria ‘Toria’ Nuland, United States Deputy Secretary of State, is also known as the ‘real president of Ukraine’, due to her direct involvement in Ukrainian politics including who takes up the key positions on the war council.

Kim Dotcom, U.S. whistle-blower and founder of MegaUpload and Mega speculated that a significant reshuffle in the Ukrainian military’s structure is underway, led by Nuland.

The tech entrepreneur cited “whispers” in Kiev “that Zaluzhny will be fired and CIA favourite Kyrylo Budanov is taking over the Ukrainian Armed Forces.”

“The real President of Ukraine, Victoria Nuland, needs someone crazy enough to blow up a nuclear power plant and Budanov is her guy. She needs a pretext for NATO troops to enter Ukraine, urgently. Russia is winning the US proxy war, and Nuland is running out of options.”

Similar to how Egypt was being run by U.S. Ambassador to Egypt, Ann Patterson. Dr Mohammed al-Biltagi, one of Muslim Brotherhood’s prominent leader said “the chief architect of this conspiracy came to him”. He was referring to the U.S. ambassador. Dr Muhammad Morsi, the then President of Egypt then confirmed this in a speech by saying, “In order for you to know who is running the affairs of the homeland… [it is] the ambassador who is overseeing the affairs of the country at the moment.”

It should come as no surprise that the U.S. sidestep democracy and use their own politicians in the background for what they refer to as “nation building”.

U.S. deep state actors such as Victoria Nuland do not appear out of nowhere, nor a vacuum. In fact, her resume proves she’s a veteran in war-mongering and enabling colour revolutions across the world.

Victoria Nuland is on the board of National Endowment for Democracy, a “non-governmental” organisation which has been proven to be behind many of the colour revolutions around the world that carried out regime change. In December 2013, she said in a speech to the US–Ukraine Foundation that the U.S. had spent about $5 billion on democracy-building programs in Ukraine since 1991. The Russian government seized on this statement, claiming it was evidence the U.S. was orchestrating a colour revolution. They were not wrong.

She’s a former U.S. intelligence working for U.S. foreign service and specialises in European and Eurasian affairs. She was the Secretary of State for that department alongside being the U.S. ambassador to NATO.

She’s also the former CEO of think-tank Center for a New American Security, which is known to focus on aggressive and war-mongering policies against other states, and counsellor for the Brookings Institute, another influential think tank in the U.S. who derive most of the Democratic Party’s foreign policy.

Nuland is close a friend and ally with Madeleine Albright, former U.S. Secretary of State during the Iraq war who once said that half a million children deaths was “worth it” and also a counsellor at the Albright Group.

She’s fluent in Russian and French, hence her role in the Ukraine war, and has had a decorated career under the Clinton, Bush, Obama and Biden administrations in various high profile roles. While under various administrations she has held numerous roles in relation to NATO and is the head of NATO interventions for U.S. around the world, including Afghanistan and Libya (NATO forces routing out Gaddafi in 2011).

A leaked recording in 2014 of Nuland discussing who she thinks the next Ukrainian president should be was not received well in the EU, and in that same recording she said “F*ck the EU” to which Angela Merkel called out as unacceptable. She is seen as the leading supporter of weapons delivery to Ukraine and has her reputation on the line for Ukraine to win the war, hence the revelations about replacing Zaluzhny.

In early 2023, Nuland stated regarding the 2022 Nord Stream pipeline sabotage, “I am, and I think the administration is, very gratified to know that Nord Stream 2 is now . . . a hunk of metal at the bottom of the sea.” – somewhat testifying to Russian claims that U.S. were behind the attack on the Nord Stream.

In the very near future we will likely see escalated actions from Ukraine on the behest of America to inflame the war further and bring Europe to the fore in budgeting the war expenses.

The U.S. has been pressuring the EU to foot the bill for some time now, but instead European countries have been secretly normalising their relations with Russia due to their dependence on gas and now due to the fact Russia and China have access to the Red Sea while others do not.
